What is the Produce Path Customer Portal?
Produce Path Customer Portal (formerly FM Engage) is an iOS and Android mobile and web-based application that allows farmers market managers to share up-to-date information about their market directly to their customers.
What can Produce Path do for customers?
- Find Farmers Markets. Find markets nearby and add favorite markets to your homepage.
- Get Market Logistics. Find out about your local farmers market hours of operation, locations, incentive programs offered, additional services offered, and more.
- Review Produce Availability. Learn about what products are likely to be available at the market, items with limited availability, and what vendors are likely to be at the market.
- Plan For Your Visit. Create a grocery list, find recipes, and learn about upcoming events at local farmers markets.
- Subscribe For Updates. Get information directly from the farmers market manager with the option to opt-in to get an email notification each time your market posts a message to their profile.
What can Produce Path do for farmers market managers?
Farmers market managers using the Produce Path Customer Portal can update their profile information and post real-time messages with their customers via the Manager Portal (formerly FM Tracks) interface. Currently, only select markets in Ohio with access to the Produce Path Manager Portal are able to offer this customer-facing extension. The Produce Path Customer Portal will be coming soon to more markets and other states!

- Produce Path is being implemented at farmers markets in five counties across Ohio (Lucas, Hamilton, Seneca, Trumbull, and Marion counties) as part of our Ohio SNAP-Ed Stakeholder Engagement Project to Promote Health Food Access (OSSEP) in partnership with The Ohio State University SNAP-Ed Program. - Many farmers markets across Cuyahoga County in Cleveland, Ohio and other areas in Northeast Ohio are now using Produce Path as part of our REACH project and our NEO QI Hub Produce Path Program.
