REACH Fellowship Information Session

  • Are you a Black and/or Hispanic/Latino/a/e farmer, food product maker, or nutrition educator?

OR

  • Are you a healthcare professional interested in produce prescriptions or food is medicine?

Apply for the REACH Fellowship and work with an assigned teammate to design a produce prescription program in Cuyahoga County that is culturally tailored to increase reach amongst Black and Hispanic/Latino/a/e patients. The time commitment is about 5 hours per week. Learn more about the opportunity at the Info Session on September 5th, 2024 (6-7pm on Zoom). You will receive a calendar invitation with the Zoom link after completing the registration form below.
