The Integrated Genomics Shared Resource (SR) comprises three distinct components that serve the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center investigators; the °Ç¸çºÚÁÏ and Cleveland Clinic research communities; as well as external users. The three components of the Integrated Genomics SR are: 

  • the Functional Genomic Core, 
  • the CWRU Genomics Core, located in the Wood Building at CWRU, and
  • the CCF Genomics Core at the Cleveland Clinic's Lerner Research Institute. 

The Integrated Genomics Core provides services including: tailored consultations for project planning, data analysis and project management; RNA and DNA NGS library preparation and sequencing, Genotyping and Methylation arrays and RealTime PCR as well as Single-cell and Spatial Multiomics and Spatial Transcriptomics. Some services are uniquely found at a single site, while other services can be obtained at multiple locations to better accommodate users.
