The Cytometry and Microscopy Shared Resource (CMSR) supports researchers at the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center (Case CCC) by providing access to advanced cytometry and microscopy technologies. This shared resource enables investigators to conduct reproducible and technically rigorous research. The CMSR is a collaborative effort between °Ç¸çºÚÁÏ and the Cleveland Clinic, with CWRU housing the cytometry component and Cleveland Clinic housing the microscopy component. Co-directed by Dr. Amar Desai and Dr. Judy Drazba, the CMSR offers a range of services, including flow cytometry, imaging cytometry, and microscopy techniques such as confocal, electron, and super-resolution microscopy. The resource also provides multiplex immunohistochemistry and advanced image analysis using deep learning approaches.
